Did You Know...

Plant-eating dinosaurs did not eat grass, because there wasn't any, so it is thought. Recycling to Begin in June 08

City-wide curbside recycling is set to begin in Urbana during the month of June 2008.  Ordinance 4265 establishes mandatory curbside residential recycling for all 1 and 2 family residences in the City of Urbana.

To cover the cost of the recycling program, a monthly fee of $3.62 will be added to monthly water bills beginning in June.

For more information on the curbside recycling program, visit the Urbana City Website.
